Skandinavisk Motorsykkel Center
If you think that a Sunday trip or weekend trip for that matter should include a bit of motorcycle culture and two-wheeled history, you should definitely stop by Skandinavisk Motorsykkel Center (SMC).

They are located in premises located right next to Highway 2 in Magnor, just before the national border with Sweden. Here you will find a unique motorcycle environment, and a collection of veterans and classics that are among the largest of their kind in Norway.

The foundation is led by Øyvind Ånerud, Glenn Tjeldnes, Kenneth Kronqvist and Trond Ånerud. All of them have expertise in motorcycles, whether new or old, and their knowledge and skills are reflected in, among other things, workshop operations, and not least a repair service for young people in the local community.

The motorcycle collection itself is wide-ranging in terms of makes and models, and here you will find everything from Tempo mopeds to classic motocross machines. Sidecar equipment, Italian machines, old Harleys, Japanese classics and a separate corner with rarities such as British-made " Rickman -Metisse" can also be found at SMC at Magnor.

An absolute "must" is the old motorcycle workshop, furnished as it was almost 100 years ago. A coffee shop with contemporary furniture and fixtures is a must for exhibitors of true motorcycle culture, and in this contemporary lounge, visitors can relax with a coffee in a true motorcycle atmosphere.
