The DDR Motorcycle Museum, formerly located near Alexander-Platz in Berlin, is now an integral part of the DDR Museum located on the "Museum Island", more precisely in Karl-Liebknecht Str. 1. Today, most of the motorcycles and scooters that were on display are unfortunately stowed away in the museum's warehouse due to lack of space in the exhibition.

So let's hope that they soon clear the space, dust off the collection, and display it again because there were many exciting two-wheelers to see when the Motorcycle Museum was in operation. The production of two-wheelers behind the "Iron Curtain" was relatively extensive, with brands such as Jawa , MZ , Simson , IWL, EMW and ILO.
