Mosten MC is located just outside the small town of Allingåbro, in the middle of Jutland. The club, which was founded in 1982, has become nothing less than an institution for those with classic and veteran motorcycles. The club mainly organizes 3 meetings during the season, two of which are pure MC meetings for veterans and classics.
"Angelic-Træf"
The first weekend in June is the "Ængelsk-træf". Everyone is welcome here, regardless of brand, but if you want to enter the meeting place itself you must ride an English motorbike. Whether it is new or old does not matter, if the bike is British you will be allowed into the meeting place itself. If you ride, as I said, "non-English", the club has set up its own motorbike parking right outside the clubhouse. Beyond that, you are allowed in, can pitch your tent, and enjoy all rights.
"Old American Meet"
This meetup, which takes place at the end of June, was originally a meetup for those with old Indian models, but the meetup is now open to anyone with a motorcycle made in America. The meetup is the smallest in terms of number of participants, but perhaps the most pleasant and intimate. The rules are like at the "Angelic Meetup", the Honda, Ducati or whatever you ride that is not made in America, must be neatly parked outside. Then all you have to do is bring your luggage, get on, and enjoy the hospitality.
An inclusive club
The members who run the club are, like most Danes, very nice and incredibly inclusive. The club offers food, drinks and entertainment at its events. The club sells breakfast and dinner, and there are two bars. The place also has its own sanitary facilities with showers and toilets. Accommodation is in tents.
The Pound
When you arrive at the place and check in, you buy what they call "Mosten Pund". You can pay for them both with cash and with card. Then you get a small block of coupons that you pay with when buying food and drinks. Very convenient.
Own drag racing track
What attracts you? Beautiful nature, nice people, cozy atmosphere, lots of great classics on 2 wheels, our own drag race track where you can test your classic, good food and cold drinks. I have been to both meetings several times, and will definitely return. The environment, the food, the music and the motorcycles; Mosten is a must.
