From the Archives: Crescent 3-wheel transport moped

3-wheel mopeds were once a cheap and efficient means of transport. They were most often used by companies in cities and towns, and were excellent for transporting goods in the local area. A typical area of use was short-distance courier service, as an alternative to a car. Swedish-made Crescent was one of these small ones, and marketed the 3-wheeler under the slogan "Crescent - you won't regret it". They also made a splash for their low consumption, and with only 0.25 liters per mile, fuel costs should not be a problem.
