Auction at Ådalsbruk Motor Museum

Motor museums are something we are not exactly spoiled with in this country, and that is precisely why it is sad that Bjørn Monsbakken has chosen to close Ådalsbruk Motor Museum after 35 years of operation to the delight of visitors.

Bjørn Monsbakken's private collection of old two-wheelers is now for sale

The museum houses nearly 140 vintage vehicles, divided into cars, mopeds, scooters and motorcycles. The vehicles will be auctioned off on Saturday, October 17th at 12:00 and Saturday, October 24th at 12:00. When I was in contact with Bjørn earlier this week, he was able to tell me that many of the two-wheelers have already been sold, and that there has been great interest. Therefore, it may be a good idea to call Bjørn on 9240 5993 to check if there will be any classic two-wheelers left that will go under the hammer on the two Saturdays.
